This private villas project, completed in Riyadh in 2021, comprises two contemporary villas, each with a built-up area of 450 square meters. The design was developed to deliver modern, comfortable living spaces while maximizing natural daylight and enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor environments.
The architectural concept emphasizes clean lines, balanced proportions, and efficient spatial planning. Large openings and carefully positioned windows allow abundant natural light to flow throughout the interiors, reducing reliance on artificial lighting and improving overall living quality. Rooftop gardens were integrated into the design to provide additional outdoor leisure spaces, improve thermal performance, and introduce greenery within the urban setting.
The scope of work included full architectural design, covering space planning, façade development, and integration of rooftop landscape elements. The villas were designed to meet the client’s lifestyle requirements while ensuring functionality, privacy, and long-term usability. This project reflects a contemporary residential approach that combines sustainable design principles with refined aesthetics, contributing to Riyadh’s growing portfolio of modern private housing developments.
