This modern private villa project, completed in Riyadh in 2020, occupies a built-up area of 450 square meters and was designed to deliver a contemporary living experience defined by light, openness, and spatial harmony. The architectural concept focuses on maximizing natural lighting through strategic space planning, large openings, and carefully considered internal layouts.
A standout feature of the villa is the indoor swimming pool, which acts as a visual and experiential centerpiece while allowing year-round use. Interior gardens were thoughtfully incorporated to introduce natural elements into the living spaces, enhancing visual comfort and enriching the overall character of the interiors. These features strengthen the connection between architecture and nature, creating a calm and balanced residential environment.
The scope of work included architectural planning and detailed 3D design developed using 3D MAX. The 3D visualization process supported accurate representation of spatial relationships, materials, and lighting, ensuring design clarity and alignment with the client’s vision. The project reflects a modern residential design approach that prioritizes comfort, functionality, and architectural quality.
