Private Villa and Apartments – Taif (2021)

This private residential project in Taif, completed in 2021, covers a total built-up area of 600 m² distributed across three floors. The development comprises a private villa and three residential apartments, carefully planned to balance privacy, functionality, and shared site access. The building is oriented to capture distinctive views of both the front and back gardens, enhancing natural light, ventilation, and visual connection to the landscaped surroundings.

Building better development

Aljuaid Engineering Consultancy delivered a fully integrated design scope, including architectural design, site landscaping, structural engineering, and complete electrical and mechanical works.
