Hotel & Restaurants Project – Abha,

Completed in Abha in 2021, this 6,000 m² Hotel & Restaurants project was designed to deliver a modern and efficient hospitality environment. The architectural concept focused on smooth circulation between hotel rooms, dining areas, and service spaces, ensuring comfort, privacy, and an enhanced guest experience.

Building better development

Aljuaid Engineering Consultancy provided architectural design, structural engineering, and comprehensive MEP works. Detailed drawings defined clear spatial organization and functional zoning, while the structural system ensured safety and long-term durability.

Integrated electrical and mechanical designs, including efficient power distribution and HVAC systems, were developed to meet hospitality performance standards and support sustainable building operations.
