This commercial resort project, developed in Taif in 2017, was designed to deliver a functional and visually engaging leisure destination within a total built-up area of 750 square meters. The project comprises two main architectural sections thoughtfully organized around a central swimming pool, creating a balanced relationship between built spaces and outdoor recreational areas.
The architectural planning focused on efficient space utilization, seamless circulation, and guest comfort while responding to Taif’s climate and resort-oriented lifestyle. Special attention was given to zoning public and semi-private areas to enhance usability, privacy, and operational efficiency. The swimming pool acts as a focal point, strengthening visual connectivity and encouraging social interaction across the resort.
The scope of work included the preparation of detailed 2D architectural plans, covering layout planning, spatial organization, and coordination of key functional elements. These plans provided a clear foundation for construction, ensuring design clarity, compliance with project requirements, and alignment with the client’s commercial and hospitality objectives. The result is a well-planned resort concept that supports leisure, relaxation, and long-term operational value.
