This private resort project, completed in Riyadh in 2018, spans a total area of 900 square meters and was designed to deliver an exclusive leisure experience that blends architecture, landscape, and comfort. The resort features a distinctive architectural concept oriented toward the swimming pool, which serves as the visual and social centerpiece of the development.
The design emphasizes openness, privacy, and seamless indoor-outdoor connectivity, allowing key spaces to overlook the pool while benefiting from natural light and clear sightlines. Careful site planning and landscaping enhance the overall resort atmosphere, creating a tranquil environment suitable for relaxation and private gatherings.
The scope of work included full architectural design, site landscaping, structural design, and complete electrical and mechanical works. All disciplines were fully coordinated to ensure functional efficiency, safety, and long-term durability.
